Right of withdrawal for consumers 
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier time.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or expiry reasons

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
  • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon when the contract was concluded, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;
  • for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
