Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made within Germany as well as to countries of the European Union. EU special territories and customs special territories are excluded, unless delivery is offered during checkout.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Germany:
For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €2.99.
For orders with a value of €50.00 or more, we deliver within Germany free of shipping costs.
European Union:
For shipping to EU countries, we charge a flat rate of €9.99.
For orders with a value of €75.00 or more, we deliver to EU countries free of shipping costs.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 2–5 working days after conclusion of the contract, or, in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction.
Deliveries to EU countries take place within 4–8 working days after conclusion of the contract, or, in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction.
No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
